It worked fine the first couple years, but suddenly out of the blue it wouldn't boot up. Got stuck on the boot screen. Tried pressing "Math" during startup, no luck. I contacted Siglent North America for help, and they got back to me in a few hours. They helped me create a USB stick to do a factory reset, which worked great.So on the plus side, you can get quick support for these instruments. On the downside, the device shouldn't have died just sitting there.
